Rychinda Johnson, Resident Instructional Coach

A native of Kansas City, Mo., Rychinda has worked in education for the past 10 years. Prior to joining the STLTR team, she taught in Kansas City Public Schools for nearly six years. She taught general education instruction at the fifth-grade level, as well as middle school science. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Avila University and a Master of Science in Learning and Curriculum from the University of Missouri. As a member of the team, she supports residents in their apprenticeship experience during their first year of residency. Rychinda enjoys all things astrology, attending concerts and festivals, and going out to eat.
