Steven Dickherber, Manager of Mentor & Graduate Development

Steven spent nine years as a high-school math teacher, and seven years as an instructional coach for secondary math and science teachers. In recent years, he wrote curriculum focusing on increasing student-to-student discourse in math classes, as well as guides for making curriculum more culturally relevant and responsive. He was a member of the inaugural cohort of mentor teachers for STLTR and is proud to have remained close friends with the resident he worked with.
