Anne Lamb, Managing Director, Program & Evaluation

As the Managing Director of Program for STLTR, Anne is responsible for managing the program continuum, including the selection of residents and mentors, curricular design, instructional coaching, and cultivation of the alumni network. Prior to this role, Anne worked as a policy analyst at the U.S. Department of Education. She began her career as a middle-school social studies teacher through Teach For America-St. Louis. She also spent many years coaching new teachers, developing curricular resources and learning experiences for teachers, and teaching at the college and post-graduate levels.


Anne earned a doctorate degree in Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, where her research focused on teacher preparation, the economics of education, and evaluation of education programs and policies. She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, and now lives in St. Louis with her husband and two daughters. She and her family enjoy hiking, visiting the farmer’s market, and all the free events that St. Louis offers.
